Many couples are in debt but want and need to go out. However, far too often many hesitate due to lack of money. They are usually worried about getting into even more debt. These couples frequently end up staying home instead, and they do nothing. That is not going to keep the spark in the relationship! We get out for date night regardless, even when we can not due to lack of funds. Most importantly, this has helped to maintain a healthy relationship. Today, I want to share with you some cheap date night options. Even if thousands of dollars in debt you will be able to enjoy these date ideas. Get out, you need it. Little to no money required!

Coffee Shop

The first cheap date night option is to visit a nice coffee shop. Depending on where you live at you may have several or even many options to choose from. The coffee shop is always a good cheap date because it is a place where you and your wife or husband can get some quality conversation time. The drinks and food sold in coffee shops are not typically expensive. These reasons make a coffee shop date a top choice!

Go to a Park

A park is an excellent place for a cheap date. Most parks have a free entry so that’s your instant win. There are many things that you can do at the park. You guys can exercise together. We love going for long walks. You can grab your bikes and get a couple of laps in around the park. You can also have a picnic there too. All you need is a blanket or two and some food, then you will be good to go. You really cannot find a better date night idea. We frequently chose parks while low on funds. The provide an ideal free getaway that is healthy too! You can not go wrong with free quality time. Because it is priceless!

Game Night

Game Nights at the house can be very fun. If you are competitive you will have plenty of fun. Some games to consider: Chess, Dominoes, Scrabble, Sorry, Monopoly, Connect Four, Battleship, and Uno. Some of these games can get intense. So beware if you choose games: keep stress low and have fun!

Cook Dinner

The next cheap date night option is to cook dinner together. You don’t have to go full Emeril to have a good meal. You and your date should take some time and figure out what you want to eat. Once you get the items from the store it’s time to cook your meal. To set the mood you can even light some candles and grab a bottle of inexpensive wine. After we usually stream some tv onto the projector for an awesome dinner/tv date night. After we even clean up behind ourselves. The feeling of cooperation and bonding cannot be matched many other places. Because little else is more satisfying than a meal and tv with your loved ones. So, we bond this way frequently, and it is quite refreshing in today’s fast-paced world.

Bowling

The final cheap date night option is to go bowling. A lot of bowling alleys have deals throughout the week. Bowling isn’t that expensive in the first place so that saves money as well. Bowling can be quite fun, even if you are terrible at it like me. Depending on the type of bowlers you are, bowling could become a monthly date outing for you. Many couples frequently bowl together and love the bonding experience.
